2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to property availability and confirmation by Hunting Buddy.
• A security deposit may be required at the time of booking, which is refundable as per the property's rental policy.
• Rent payments must be made promptly via approved payment methods. Late payments may attract penalties or impact tenancy status.
• Any cancellation or refund requests will be processed per the terms outlined in the rental agreement.

3. Resident Responsibilities

• Residents must adhere to the property's rules and guidelines, including maintaining cleanliness, respecting neighbours, and avoiding disturbances.
• Subletting or transferring occupancy to another individual without prior written approval is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage to property beyond normal wear and tear will be the financial responsibility of the resident.

4. Code of Conduct

• Residents are expected to comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.
• Illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, gambling, or disruptive behaviour, will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
• Noise levels must be kept within reasonable limits to maintain a peaceful living environment.

5. Security & Liability

• While Hunting Buddy ensures secure and verified accommodations, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Residents should secure their valuables and promptly report any security concerns.
•Hunting Buddy shall not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or unforeseen incidents occurring on the rental property.

6. Termination of Stay

• Violations of these terms may result in the immediate termination of stay without a refund.
• The property owner or Hunting Buddy reserves the right to evict residents involved in misconduct, non-payment, or breach of agreement.

7. Privacy Policy

• We collect and store personal information solely for booking and verification purposes.
• Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Amendments to Terms

• Hunting Buddy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
